Apr...we're on the fashion! Where you ask- Summer of course! Warm days, tops down and dominicus roofs open. But for another month nosotros'll be dodging showers:-) On the 13th we'll have our meeting at Skipjack in Newark (6PM). Our member Bruce Logan will be giving us a presentation on functioning driving * .As always delight sign up with Les Clarke (vicepresident@delawarepca.org) by April eighth. *April 15th: Registration opens for ourThunder Once again DE at NJ Motorsports Park. Oct 1&two. Don't miss out...we sell out! Nosotros had 20+ cars at our 1st Cars and Java in Middletown. It was a groovy way to kick off Spring. Glad to meet some new members and we even had a local Porsche driver run across our cars and stop in to say hello. Our May meeting will feature Marker Loch who will share some informative information on Autocross driving. Mark is an avid autocross participant. Porsche Parade Phase 2 registration opens April 6 at 12 noon. Our club is organizing a drive to the Parade Concours d'Elegance on Monday June 13th. April 30th the Porsche Only Swap Meet returns to Carlisle, PA. This is one event that yous never know what goodies you may observe. Go early before that special item your looking for gets gobbled up at a bargain toll. Activities in the works are: drive and dine meeting with our southern members; Road rally ending in Lewes for lunch; Summer picnic; a few more popular-ups and a special Wine and Smooth result. Our Region website has been updated to make easy access to our calendar and club shop. Bank check it out! And concluding but not least PCA'southward slogan is, "It'southward not but the cars it's the people". And so people we need your ideas and help with ideas, planning and events. It can be as easy as sending an email to one of our board members. I hope to see everyone at our social club night but for now.....

The Delaware Porsche Club and Social Networking: We have created two methods of access: ii.) Nosotros accept also created a Facebook group called "Delaware Porsche Club". A grouping requires a user with a Facebook business relationship. The advantages of a group are: Users must bring together the group before they can participate. Members of this grouping have the ability to be notified optionally past email and or text message of any changes/additions to the page. This would be very useful for outcome changes or "spur of the moment" activities. This page would only be visible to members of the group. The WebMaster,chairpersons and members will keep the pages up-to-appointment with official info, and users are encouraged to add whatsoever information that would be of involvement to our membership. Photos, ride reviews, Porsche news, etc. would be appreciated. Call back "Delawarepca" for Facebook and non Facebook members. For Facebook users search for "Delaware Porsche Gild" our Ride-N-Dine, and enquire to join.
Nosotros will be using the Facebook social network in conjunction with our web site to provide the all-time information experience for our club members. Facebook will offering guild users real-time access to social club notices, events, and updates while allowing all members to communicate with each other.
